This Policy sets out the terms under which you may use PROXYEED. This supplements all other documents, policies and terms governing your use of PROXYEED (listed in our User Terms and Conditions available at

We may revise or amend this Policy at any time, so you are advised to check back regularly. Changes will be legally binding on you, regardless of whether prior notification is given.

All capitalised but undefined terms used in this Policy have the meaning(s) given to them in PROXYEED’s User Terms and Conditions. Your use of PROXYEED means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all terms in this Policy.

  • 1. User restrictions
    • 1.1 PROXYEED must only be used for lawful purposes. You therefore may not use PROXYEED:
      • 1.1.1 in any way that breaches any applicable laws of the country in which the Transaction takes place;
      • 1.1.2 in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent (or has that purpose or effect);
      • 1.1.3 to harm (or attempt to harm) others, or to promote the same;
      • 1.1.4 to encourage others to commit illegal acts;
      • 1.1.5 to transmit or send any unauthorised advertising or promotional material (or other form of similar solicitation);
      • 1.1.6 to represent yourself as our agent, partner or affiliate; or
      • 1.1.7 to make any representations, warranties or guarantees in respect of PROXYEED.
    • 1.2 When registering for an account, you agree not to:
      • 1.2.1 provide details that are inaccurate, unlawful or infringe the IP Rights of any third party; or
      • 1.2.2 represent that the account is associated with the identity of any third party, rather than the account holder.
    • 1.3 You shall not:
      • 1.3.1 sell or transfer your account to any other person (whether for a fee or otherwise);
      • 1.3.2 access without permission, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of PROXYEED, including its underlying equipment, network and software on which PROXYEED is stored or operates;
      • 1.3.3 fail to deliver Products purchased by you (other than through fault of a third party);
      • 1.3.4 manipulate the price of any Product;
      • 1.3.5 interfere with another Proxy’s listings;
      • 1.3.6 post information that is false, inaccurate or misleading in any way;
      • 1.3.7 take any action which may undermine the Ratings process;
      • 1.3.8 use contact information about other Buyers or Proxies for any purpose other than the specific Transaction;
      • 1.3.9 use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access PROXYEED, or post content on, PROXYEED;
      • 1.3.10 commercialise PROXYEED in any way (without our prior written consent); or
      • 1.3.11 harvest, or collect information about other Buyers or Proxies without their prior consent.
    • 1.4 You may not solicit account details, or access any account that belongs to another user, or take any actions that violate the privacy or publicity rights of any other user(s).
    • 1.5 You shall not post any personal data or confidential information, including any information that is reasonably deemed to be confidential or private, on PROXYEED.
  • 2. Listings (Proxies)
    • 2.1 When listing you are responsible for the accuracy of any content you provide, including in relation to the fees you intend to charge (Proxy Fees, as defined).
  • 3. Ratings
    • 3.1 As stated in section 9 of the User Terms and Conditions, both Buyer and Proxy are encouraged to leave a rating (on a 1-5* scale) of their counterparty’s performance in relation to that specific Transaction. Additional feedback can be provided on an optional basis.
    • 3.2 Buyers and Proxies are not required to give positive ratings at any time. All we ask is that all ratings must be honest and genuinely held.
    • 3.3 Buyers must not threaten poor feedback or low Ratings to negotiate a reduction in any Proxy Fee.
    • 3.4 Proxies and Buyers cannot demand positive feedback at any time.
    • 3.5 Users must not exchange feedback or Ratings for the sole purpose of manipulating Ratings or enhancing reputation.
    • 3.6 When leaving feedback, you must not leave negative comments with a positive Rating (or vice versa).
    • 3.7 If you feel that a rating that you have been given is inappropriate or unjustified (acting reasonably), you may contact us at
    • 3.8 We reserve the right to remove or adjust feedback, or any Rating in certain circumstances (such as if another user included inappropriate content or language).
  • 4. Sanctions
    • 4.1 You may notify us at any time if you reasonable consider that there has been a breach of this Policy. We will determine whether or not any such breach has occurred and may take such action as we consider appropriate.
    • 4.2 Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of the User Terms and Conditions, and may result in us:
      • 4.2.1 immediately (whether temporarily or permanently) withdrawing your access to PROXYEED;
      • 4.2.2 issuing a first or second warning to you;
      • 4.2.3 restrictions on your buying or selling privileges, listings or account features;
      • 4.2.4 taking legal proceedings against you for the reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; and
      • 4.2.5 disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities either as required or as we reasonably feel is necessary.
    • 4.3 We exclude all liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Policy. Responses described in this Policy are not limited, and we may take any other action that we reasonably deem appropriate.
    • 4.4 Any decision taken to suspend or terminate your account, or any Buyer or Proxy, will be final.
  • 5. Age restrictions
    • 5.1 You must not use PROXYEED to conclude a Transaction if you are below the legal age to form legally binding contracts in the UK (i.e. 18)
